I’m Joseph, a content designer, conversation design and brand communications professional with over 13 years of experience.

Along the way, I’ve crafted stories and contributed to the narratives of Hong Kong’s most iconic brands, such as HSBC, Cathay Pacific, Swire Properties, Samsung, Uber, AIA, Mastercard, Hong Kong International Airport, and many more.

I’m also a content designer, who contributes strategic thinking and problem solving with clear, concise words through web, app and chatbot interfaces. My work has driven impact at some of Hong Kong's top product teams: FWD Group and OKX.

Most recently, I developed a new expertise in the world of AI and became a conversation designer. What’s that? Basically, someone who designs AI chatbot conversations. Mapping logic, persona crafting, designing "happy paths", defining fallbacks...you name it.
